Refund policy
Returns
You may return any items within 14 days after delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date of your items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please be aware that NO EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED at this point and return items MUST BE SHIPPED VIA USPS.
To initiate a return please email info@zzone-jewelry.com. Please make sure to include your order number.
There are certain situations where refunds will be rejected (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the delivery date
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we received the items with no quality issues, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF ITEMS BEING RECEIVED.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
